WARRANTY


  • Basic Package does not come with any sort of warranty. Some flexibility applies and is handled on a case by case basis.
     
  • Premium and Bi-focal Packages come with a 1 year full replacement guarantee. This warranty will be honored for one year from the date of purchase. The broken frame must be mailed back to us before you receive the new frame. The warranty will allow a maximum of three replacements. There will be a shipping and handling fee imposed on each replacement of $9.95. The warranty applies to damaged frames, not lenses.
     
  • Fashion Package comes with a unique 30 day exchange warranty. We will exchange your frame for any other frame in the Fashion Package for upto 30 days from date of purchase, a $9.95 shipping and handling fee will apply for every exchange. Glasses must be sent back to us in good or great condition, no broken or damaged frames will be accepted.
     
  • Contact lenses come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, please visit their website for more details.
